  • How far in advance do I need to place an order?
    Contact Old Town Catering at your earliest convenience to ensure if date and time are available.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
    Yes, Old Town Catering can accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.
  • What types of events do you cater for?
    Old Town Catering can cater Graduations, Birthdays, Celebrations of Life, Weddings, Rebranding of a Business or an Open House.
  • Do you provide catering services for weddings?
    Yes - we do cater for weddings.
  • How does the pricing for catering services work?
    Pricing is based on a host's selection of food items and their request for servers or a bartender.
  • Can you handle last-minute orders or changes to existing orders?
    To ensure that the food items are ordered and on-site, we ask that the final guest count/ changes be made 10 business days prior to the event.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For the cancellation of an event, any cancellations need to be made 10 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Do you provide staff for events, such as servers and bartenders?
    We do provide seasoned servers for an event based on the guest count and whether it is a plated dinner or a buffet. The server fees are $75 per server for 2 hours from the start of the event. For each additional hour, the fee is $37.50 per server. For bartenders, we only serve wine and beer that the host provides. Our fee is$150 for 2 hours of service from the start of the event and it includes a 10 oz. tumbler, cocktail napkin and 100 lbs. of ice.
  • Can you assist with event planning and coordination?
    We do not assist with event planning or coordination outside the scope of food service.
  • What areas do you serve, and is there a delivery fee?
    Setup Fee is standard for all events, which is $125 within the Albuquerque City Limits. Please contact us if your event is outside of the City Limits. The Setup Fee includes the delivery, setup and breakdown of an event, the use of chafing dishes, chafing fuel, and utensils. This also includes that all food and beverage stations are covered in white OR black linen tablecloths.
